Stargazing

Staring up at the sky
Tiny stars like torches in the sky
Amazing swirls full of colour and light
Raised planets in the sky, so far away
Great comets hurtling themselves down
Above me is wonder; hope; dreams
Zooming through the sky, shooting stars go by
Incredible galaxies, larger than the world
New moons reflecting light down through space
Gazing with wonder at the sky above.
