Writing Challenge: Person Description

In this post, I am going to do another writing challenge: Person Description. In this challenge I have to describe a made up person in my head as best as I can. This challenge requires participation from you, so comment below how well you think I described the people I made up, and if you could imagine them, then please tell me. Thank you in advance.
[PS: The names are all made up as well]

So here they are!

My first person is... Isla Appleby!

A girl was walking along the pavement in front of me, clicking her shoe heels against the hard concrete. Her name was Isla Appleby. She had rich chocolate coloured hair, which was cut so it was just above her shoulders. When she stared at you, you couldn't help but shiver; her eyes were ice cold blue, and her face was pale with a hint of rose on her cheeks and nose. Large round glasses framed her face, and her white socks were pulled up to her knees. She never seemed to take her glazed black school shoes off, and her legs were skinny. In her thin arms would be clutched a bunch of textbooks. Her favourites were History, Geography and Maths. On her top half, she would wear a light grey cotton pinafore, with a bright white cotton polo shirt, and occasionally a few colourful badges to add the rainbow.

My second person is... Lewis Matthews!

Just after Isla, a boy walked past, sauntering. I knew him as well. He was Lewis Matthews, possibly the most confident boy in school. His hair was golden blonde, and it was combed carelessly, sticking up in every direction, although it still suited him. His eyes were dark hazel, and you would find yourself entranced if you looked too long; his eyebrows were precisely shaped, and were thick. They framed his face very well, and paired well with his eyes. He would wear a casual top, usually in red or blue, and baggy jeans with dark blue patches crudely sewn on in blue thread. This all just added to his coolness; and his reputation. In his hands would be his phone, always the latest model. By the look of it, his group of followers were not behind him. Compared to Isla, he looked extremely informal, as Isla walked with brilliant posture, Lewis walked, slouching and flopping his legs along to walk. On his feet he wore neon trainers, which painfully clashed with his t-shirt and his trousers.

My third person is... Olivia Evelyn!

In the sweet shop I saw another girl I knew. Her name was Olivia Evelyn, and she had a head of thick, black, curly hair. Every time she tried to flatten it, it sprung back up again. Her eyes were sharp, olive green, and she was brilliant at giving death stares to people she didn't like. She wore monochrome colours, all the shades of grey you could imagine. Her shoes were black, and her t-shirt was very light grey, almost white. Slung off her shoulder would be a shiny black satchel, full to bursting with drawing and writing pads, and black ink pens. Regularly, Olivia would have a lightbulb moment, and she would grab a notebook and pen out of her satchel and scribble it down frantically. She was known to be clumsy, and she would always bump into people.

So that was my writing challenge! I hope you liked it, and please tell me how well I described it! Thank you for visiting my book blog, and I hope you come back again! 😄
